Review summary

The ports of call we had along this cruise were perfect.the issue that needs to improve is the tenderswe had to take in some ports.there ware not enough tenders and the priority that Celebrity use was not right

we unfortunatly missed a shore excursions in ponta arenas because of 80min delay in disembarkation by the Infinity tender

Our battler and the dining room service were great. We had some bad experiences with the costumer service desk.wronge information about tender order and issues concerning priority of the ship to the shore excursion that were sold by them

There were some very unpleasant smells around the ship. Probably because of condensing the garbage and other materials.

Very clean and we enjoyed a lot our veranda the we had on the right side of the ship. Helping us to see most of the interesting views from our cabin

We bought our shore excursions via . They were in a fair price, but unfortunately we're treated on the shiplike second or even third degree passengers.
