I know the buffet will be open and I've heard the MDR is available for Concierge Class (per a review I read at Cruise Critic from this summer). I'm expecting Luminae to be open, as well. (It better be - I'm planning on eating there after we board.) Sushi on 5 could be open, as well. (I say that based on a youtube vlog I saw for Celebrity Summit.)

sushi on 5 11:30 to 2:00luminae 11:30 to 1:30oceanview 11:30 to 3:00the pool grill is open also. nothing is open durring the muster station drill. This is information is form the 12/17/18 celebrity dailyHope it helps
