What exactly is ANYTIME Dining.. we are on the Sept 19 Greek Island cruise and plan on doing something at every stop. We have a Veranda Prime Suite with dining at Trellis., haven’t cruised much.. we are land adventure folks. Our agent booked us at 5:00 dining which just won’t work.. she said we could change at guest services as soon as we check in.. I hope so!!

We always do anytime dining when cruising. You just go the restaurant when you want and they find a table for you. If there isn't one available immediately, they give you a buzzer so you can go and have a drink somewhere, or do whatever you want while waiting. It's really practical. We love Celebrity Infinity as it's a smaller ship and has great service, food, bars and amenities.

We are on the Infinity on your itinerary now. For Select dining, go to the Trellis restaurant on 4 when you are ready to dine. you will either, be seated within a minute or two or be given a buzzer that will go off when your table is ready. TIP: If you don't mind sharing a table (and meeting new friends), you will normally be seated quickly. Enjoy your cruise!

As an agent I’ll say this: you were probably booked into 5 pm dining as that was all that was left.  Anytime on Celebrity is called ZCelebrity Select, and fills up fast. Get her to waitlist you for Celebrity Select. The waitlist may be closed as well. You might have to see the maître d to get it switched the day you board
