Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room food was Ok. Nothing really wowed us. The prime rib the 1st night was my favorite meal there. Buffet food was great! always a great variety of choices. Many surprises…clams and mussels last night. Pasta station always excellent. Many options to get breakfast eggs cooked to order. Even during busiest times buffet didn’t feel overly crowded waiting for food.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff were always accommodating and kind! Beatrice in MDR and buffet was one of the kindest server. In buffet Nathan and Kendra were great!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship is in need of a bit of TLC showing some wear and tear… but that didn’t deter from our trip.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Largest balcony cabin we ever had on many ships. Very well appointed with lots of storage. Largest bathroom and shower I have experienced on any ship. Bed mattress was very hard…cabin steward placed extra comforters under the sheets to help with the mattress.

Ship tip

If you want prime loungers you need to be up very early as on sea days by 8:30 and most are already taken with towels but not people.
