The service is always fantastic. I have only one complaint. I had concierge service that includes daily canapés delivered to my cabin. In the past I’ve throughly enjoyed these surprises in my cabin. But this time they repeated the canapés every other day. When I complained they didn’t offer a solution, just sorry, we’ll pass it on. Plus the canapés were terrible. One example was a short pretzel stick wrapped with ham. The meat caused the pretzel to absorb moisture….gross! Then there were small salad portions that were available at the buffet. Plus now they have a room charge for room service. Very disappointing and I’m an elite member.

The layout was great and easy to get around. The ship was kept clean. But this ship is worn out. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was that paint was missing and chipped on the exterior. Carpets inside were stained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The carpet in my cabin had several areas of stains. Pretty gross when you want to walk barefoot. The floor of my shower needed updating. My tv remote control was filthy. Not just dirty, it was filthy.
Ship tip
Maybe consider a different ship. If the itinerary is what you want then be prepared for a less than average celebrity ship.
The cruise staff onboard were very clear that people who had tagged their luggage would need to wait until people who were walking off had disembarked first. But that didn’t happen so it was a complete disaster onboard due to people who refused to listen.
