Cabin attendant was phenomenal, certainly made our trip enjoyable. Had one issue with a rude barista but once the manager was informed it was handled quickly.

Layout could use some renovation.
Qusar is wasted space could be used better as an entertainment space.
Observation lounge is too big and waste of usable space.
