Review summary

Everything was great except for the fail by my travel agent at cruiseonly. The room cruiseonly assigned was a forward room 8114. The room I oringinally requested was an Aft room with cruiseonly. I spoke with guest services and was able to switch rooms to 8320.

Yes, our last cruise booked via World Travel Holdings (of which CruisesOnly is one name for) we also got moved. I got the impression that they now reserve blocks of rooms (at least they show booked on the ship’s booking site) and then book everyone into those. After booking is done, any room that has multiple bookings they then move the extras to other (less desirable) rooms.
