Review summary

Was disappointed in the Casino. They added tables and chairs by the Casino Bar instead of the rows of machines that are on the Silhouette and Reflection. A waste. No one was there hardly. Did not gamble because of the fewer amount of machines and the dated types this ship had. The entertainment, except the Jerry Lee Lewis Guy, was not great. They had some 50's & 60's music on deck 14 but at 11:30pm? Why so late? Missed the Abba Karaoke on deck 14 that the Reflection had and a Balloon drop the last day of the cruise in the center court with great dance music. Yawn. Could have used deck 14 for so much more fun and dancing. Wasted it. Food Great of course as was the service. Ship needs dry dock. Great Captain who gave all of us a 1 day cruise refund because of the Dominican Republic screw up. Shopped a lot with the $$$$$$$$. Thank you Captain!

The Million Dollar Quartet pianist who played Jerry Lee Lewis in Vegas performed beyond our expectations with such energy and talent that he got a standing ovation. He was the only really good show. Such talent!!

Service and Staff

The Dining Staff was outstanding. Victoria who ran the select Dining seating was in her element. She was pleasant and professional and made us feel welcome every evening. We were very impressed with how she handled even some difficult cruisers with a smile.

Ship Quality

We love the indoor atrium pool area and it's layout. We missed the Spa music that wan not present as on the Silhouette and Reflection.

Cabin / Stateroom

Don't like this layout at all. It is very difficult to get into the closet with that big useless couch right in front of it. The cabin design does not offer organization and the counter and mirror are not enough space.

Ship tip

The Casino Machines are dated and not as great as the Siolhouette and Reflection. THe food and servcice are the same, the entertainment is not as good aas the previous mentioned ships.

Samana, Dominican Republic Did not visit port

We never were able to get off because the people in charge at Samana took too long to approve us which we were but after the Captain left port because it was too late to tender in.

We had a Tuscan Grill reservation and stayed on board ralaxing in the indoor pool.
