Review summary

Excellent food in the dining room. For those that like high end beers, the Equinox has better beer than most cruises. In our group, we enjoyed the food, the shows (for those that like musicals), the bars, the live music, the trivia and other games, the slots, and the excursions. We were 3 couples, ages 50s to 70s. There was something for everyone but probably not children.

We did an excellent food and walking tour. The food was great. The history was interesting. And the city had a lot to see and do. Wish we had more time.

Spent the day eating, bar hopping, jewelry shopping, and hanging out at the beautiful beach. Cousins went on fun excursions. Lots to do.

We went on a dune buggy excursion. Along the way, we got to buy some Dominican coffee and chocolate, and got to swim in a cave. A big, full, fun day!

We really enjoyed our See & Sea excursion - 5 star. But with 4 cruise ships in port, the town was so crowded we just got back on the ship for the afternoon. 3 stars for a port town that was so crowded you could barely move. Average - 4 stars

It never took very long to get on or off the ship. The only delay was in Punta Cana where you have to be tendered.
