Review summary

Horrible experience with Celebrity. Will only cruise with them again of they do the right thing and reimburse my flight from San Juan and provide me witb another cruise!!!

Nothing against crew, but customer service on the phone is horrendous and the way they handle themselves is inexcusable!

Ship tip

Do not sail Celebrity. 2 bad experiences witb Summit and now this cruise to board the Equinox. Customer service lies and are not helpful until after the fact when a supervisor needs to call days later and still waiting now 5 more days for a resolve!

San Juan, Puerto Rico

San Juan pier was lovy if the ship had docked to get us. Rough seas, then fly us to next port or fly us home. Don't leave us there and tell us too bad so sad. You are on your own when you told us to meet you there and still no text, phone call or email telling us not docming here
