Embarkation

4 out of 5
Easy, not at all stressful. No lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Good bar service both in the dining room and at the Passport and Martini bars. Meals were very good although some of the Maitre D's were too full of themselves. When we attempted to switch from an 8 table to a 2 table we were rebuffed. It took some arm twisting to relocate. The late dining was a disappointment; our agent could have tried harder for Anytime dining.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The ships cruise staff who put on shows were a bit less than the best. Though very talented young people, there were only a few good shows, mostly from outsiders such as the December 63 (Four Seasons) group.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our stateroom attendant was very good at keeping up with the room. We found, however, there was a lot of dust on the phone and top parts of cabinets. What?? No swiffers?

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was easy to navigate. As a smaller ship, it had only two elevator banks. Easy to get around.

Cabin / Stateroom

See above. Ref: Swiffers..

Ship tip

Overall a good experience; good food, drink.

Embarkation point.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Nice view from ship. With a leg in a cast, we did not attempt the ship's tenders for travel to the island.

Oranjestad, Aruba

5 out of 5
Beautiful. The bus tour was enjoyable visiting the Butterfly Farm and the Bridge.

Willemstad, Curacao

Walked (hobbled) to the Queen Emma Bridge. Great colors in this port.

Kralendijk, Bonaire

4 out of 5
The bus tour was very informative but not that interesting. Flamingoes were very far away and the salt flats were ho hum.

Falmouth, Jamaica

2 out of 5
Been here too many times to disembark. Much preferred Key West (Hurricane Irma).

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth. We suspect our luggage was inspected since some items were jostled. No privacy anymore?

Privacy went out the window with 9-1-1 but I don’t mind that at all! I’d much rather travel with peace of mind knowing that luggage has been thoroughly inspected!
