Review summary
We've sailed on all 5 of the Solstice class ships. Equinox is one of the older ships that still has the glass blowing show and a large enough lawn that was able to be used. The Captain and his staff were visible, approachable, and ran the ship well. We met with the Silhouette dining room manager who accommodated our request to have three couples dine together. We also appreciated that he maintained the dress code in the dining room at dinner. The dining room service staff were friendly and attentive weather in the main dining room or the Ocean Cafe buffet. The food is always better than average. Our room attendant was always courteous with a smile and was attentive to details to make our stay comfortable. The bar staff were entertaining as well as skilled. The cruise director and entertainers excellent. The entire ship was always kept clean. Thank you for the no smoking policy in the casino. This was the first cruise that we were able to enjoy some time in the casino.
