Sorry. Next time choose your own cabin using the deck plans provided on the cruise line web site. You can then see what’s above & below. Or remember ear plugs, which we always do :)

I believe if you file with the BBB you will get a refund most people have done and I've heard they've gotten plenty back plus

It appears to me cruising is not for you. It's obvious yiu didn't do research on your cruise ship, and then somehow it's the cruise lines fault you are dissatisfied. I take a cruise to Alaska every year, and even when there is 4 or more ships in port, I have never felt like it was crowded, because everyone is spread out throughout the towns. Maybe crowds of a few people aren't your thing, so maybe land based vacations would be better for you.

Sounds like you didn't do your research 🤔. Better luck next time. Sorry.

Did this cruise end of May was fantastic. If you do not like crowds don't book in the summer months . Crowds everywhere not just small town Alaska .

Our first Alaskan cruise was 2015. We saw a total of 4 other cruise ships in ports for the total trip. In 2022 there were 3-4 in each port. Big difference!!! I have found it more appealing doing an excursion where you are just in a group instead of trying to struggle thru crowds of people just in the port.
