Embarkation

5 out of 5
We were able to pick the time to embark and was met with friendly faces eager to receive the new guests

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We spent time using both the complementary restaurants and the premium restaurants.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
ABBA Sing a long could be much longer, this was the best activity that was not an attraction. The girls pampered themselves and even found time to work out. The jacuzzi's, both inside and outside were awesome.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Everything that was in the theatre was pretty awesome

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cannot say we were totally impressed by our housekeeper, but my Sister-in-Laws ROCKED!!!. There were so many people that need to be mentioned: Jennylyn, Rhandy, Angeline, Salvador, Michael, Jayson, Kanne, Jeslyne, Mark, Jofet, Isiah, Queenie, Eden, and NIKKO!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Layout is easy to memorize and was quick to learn

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Three adults with multiple bags. We had plenty of room to store the clothing and get all the bags under the main bed.

Ship tip

Get ready to relax and meet a staff that will bend over backwards to help you.

Ports of call

Ketchikan, Alaska

The Crabfest was a blast!!! Bring your appetites! It was my favorite excursion.

CRUISE ENDICOTT ARM & DAWES GLACIER

3 out of 5
There was a medical emergency the night before and we sailed close to Juneau, so we did not get to get as close to this glacier. That was the only hiccup in the adventure.

Juneau, Alaska

Due to not being able to do the Dawes Glacier, we worked to get to the Mendenhall Glacier and that did not disappoint. Take the time to hike to the falls. AWESOME!!!

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
We bused up to the border and hopped on the train back to Skagway, the scenery is the best part and definitely worth the time. City was pretty awesome and if you can go see the puppies at the mushers camp, they are adorable.

Disembarkation

Here is where we had issues. Our bags were packed/tagged and left in the room as it was too early to place them out in the passageway, the housekeeper ignored them while we were out at the garden, and we ended up having to work with our whole party to offload the bags.
