Review summary
Ship is beautiful, staff are the friendliest,đ€ Drink prices are too high ($18-$20) for most cocktails. Definitely pushing the upgrades here. Wasnât enough waiterâs in the main lounge, met my friend for a cocktail before dinner every night and would take 20 minutes to get a drink đĄEmbarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Normandie
Had the same table (147) every night for 21 nights (back to back cruise) wonderful service. Made us feel welcome and asked about our day. And Ryan was there with our drinks waiting for us.
Room Service
Over an hour to arrive and cold. They even call to see how breakfast was before it arrived đ„Ž.
Le Petit Chef at Le Grande Bistro
Not a specialty dining person but everyone should do this one.
The Martini Bar
$20 for a martini? Never seen prices like this on any other ship. This alone will make me consider a different cruise line đĄ
The Casino Bar
Ended up being the go to bar as we could order from the bar and get a drink fairly quickly before dinner.
Café Al Bacio
The best and friendliest People on the ship. Great way to start your day.
Onboard Activities
The Grand Plaza
We normally could find a table but could wait 20 minutes to get a waiter/waitress.My friend and I like to meet before dinner to have a drink or two. But normally we could just get one and sometimes have to take it to dinner as no time to enjoy in the lounge.
Boutique Shops
End of New Zealand cruise season. Not very much stock and very few large and Xlg shirts. Tried to by a necklace for my wife but even with staff help couldnât get the right person to buy the necklace đĄunfortunately we walked away with no necklace.

Ship tip
Upgrade drink and internet package before you sail. All they want to do is sell you upgrades. Itâs a Royal Caribbean thing. (Nickel and dime)
