Review summary

My belief for any company, especially when you're known for your customer service, should have the staff to be sure you keep that reputation. If you cannot handle the amount of customers you have on board with the amount of staff, then don't take so many passengers! Also, my favorite thing about a new year's eve celebrity cruise is the ice sculpture at midnight. I'm so disappointed it didn't happen.

The service in all the restaurants except Eden was horrible. They do not have enough staff to give the usual customer service. State room attendant was awesome as was some of the bar staff. The staff at the pool bar was horrible at service. I was waiting while they kept taking other people.

Ship Quality

The infinity balcony is horrible. If I want a balcony, I want to sit outside. I know cabins are small and they think this balcony makes the room bigger but it's just a room with a window that goes down. That is NOT a balcony. Ship was clean Very disappointed there was no ice sculpture at the pool for New Years Eve

Took this cabin because I don't like the infinity balcony. The cabin was great especially going through the Panama Canal. I didn't hear any engines or smell any gas/oil. Great cabin.

Ship tip

Eat at Eden. There is a light for the mirror on the side of a box next to the charger box.

Saw the fortress which was great but the people are in your face selling all the time. It was very uncomfortable especially when you tell them no and they keep coming back.

Thank you for the review. We are going on this itinerary in February 2024 on the Beyond. We have a Sunset Veranda. I'm with you about the infinite veranda. I want a balcony!
