Review summary

Wehad a great time on the ship. A little disappointed in the itinerary change(San Juan to Nassau) but still had some great fun at each stop. Edge was new and very clean. With fewer people due to Covid, I found it incredibly easy to enjoy some good books wherever i wanted to sit. Staff was amazing through the trip.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Super easy experience even with a special needs guest. Excellent spotting and attention to bringing a wheelchair to walking us through the ID check and boarding.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Confusing to figure out which dining room to go to but all of them provided the most excellent service. Went to the Steakhouse twice and had amazing steak and service. The buffet was fully stocked for choice every time we wanted a quick breakfast or lunch.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The main pool and Solarium was always an awsome stop. Other than that there wasnt much going on.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The verity band perfoming nightly was excellent. I also enjoyed the magician and the Captains Q&A.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff bends over backwards to help. Room steward was good about being there when you needed help but otherwise invisible. Wait staff was accomidating on all dining experiences even with special requests.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Everything was clean and beautiful. Just enough variety to never get bored. Could have used a few more built in activities to keep from getting bored.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabins were a great size and were immaculate. Loved all the built in storage. Loved the size of the bed! Understood the disabling of the window during storm and cleaning but not why it was left disbled coming into port.

Ship tip

This is cruising during Covid. The ship was very empty so night life was nearly nonexistant. Dining was done with your own party instead of big tables of strangers. Masks were worn everywhere and people took it seriously.

Work on the pier woke me early. Never expected jackhammers to wake me on a cruise ship.
