The cruise itself was fun and amazing, especially for the pandemic era. However, Celebrity must do a better job at enforcing its mask rule; the Edge caused some of its own issues onboard with regards to Covid outbreaks during this sailing because they refused to enforce the indoor masking policy. Do better, Celebrity.

Exquisite, artistic, and innovative describe the food and drink offerings aboard the Edge.
The only downside that we experienced regarding the Edge’s alcoholic offerings was a lack of knowledge on some basic drinks as the Old Fashioned and a lack of craft beer. It seems as though that while Celebrity concentrates on its expertise in wine, it shows a complete lack of experience on other up and coming beverages such as bourbon and craft beer. Celebrity needs to up its game in this regard.
Onboard Activities

We stayed away from many of the activities offered (the white party, for example) mainly due to Celebrity not enforcing their indoor mask rule. What we did participate in (the silent disco and a couple of trivia events) were fun; however, we elected to stay away from crowds of largely unmasked people.
Entertainment

The entertainment was enjoyable; however, the only thing lacking was more of an offering. Kaleidoscope was fun with extremely talented singers and dancers; however, this wasn’t much else.

Friendly, professional, and providing service that is just a step up from everyone else. Absolutely no complaints at all with the service onboard.
Ship Quality

The layout and design was amazing: you can absolutely tell that Celebrity spared no expense when designing the Edge. Artistic and sophisticated come to mind when thinking of the Edge.
Regarding cleanliness, the ship was extremely clean with crew constantly cleaning everywhere you look. The Edge was spotless.
Cabin / Stateroom

We booked a Sunset Veranda cabin and we’re blown away. This cabin had more room than we’re accustomed to, even for a similar aft-facing balcony cabin. The room was spacious and spotless with a large balcony. We could not have asked for a better stateroom.
While there is not craft beer bar on Edge, they have added Craft Social to Apex and are retrofitting to some of the other shops as well, so Celebrity are addressing this aspect. As for the Bourbon aspect, I am not aware of any changes there.
@chicpeach - they changed it on 7 Jan. We got in 3 cruises in Oct/Nov without masks, thankfully. And we won’t take any more with them while this nonsense in in force.
