The ship was very good, the signages outside the lifts are poor. The separate are of the retreat, the rest of the ship can’t get to the front, is poor, everybody should have access to the front of the ship

Cleanliness was very good, the design is ok but very very disappointed that we could not get to the front of the ship. I know there is segregation from the suites & villas but there should have been access the forward decks.

Very comfortable, good size with the infinity balcony & very clean
We had tag numbers 35 on our cases, we went to baggage reclaim to look for our cases, there was no area 35, we found our bags in area 34. After we found our bags we left the terminal to be greeted not by any Celebrity Reps but by carnage & confusion, there were very few reps available outside the terminal building, we finally found someone who took us to an area along the way & said the bus was coming to take us to the airport hotel, I asked when would the bus be here, I was told “I don’t know it’s stuvk in traffic”, shocking, Celebrity knew what time people were disembarking the buses should have been there clearly marked as to the destinations they should be going to. After waiting & asking one person where the buses were I finally got a taxi to The Sheraton at The Airport. The whole thing was disgusting leaving people to fend for themselves, Cdlebrith were shocking.
