Review summary

The cruise was fantastic for adults and our very young kids. However I don't think it catered for 10-18 year olds. It would have been good if there were more activities aimed at them. Additionally to play poker and purchase wifi packages was very expensive comparatively to other cruises.

The main dining room was excellent. The service was fantastic and the waiters were warm and accommodating.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
This was essentially an adult ship and there was not many activities for 10-18 year olds.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I liked the shows but think they should be more aimed at teenagers as the kids were a little bored.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My kids- 4 and 6 loved the kids club. I think the activities for 10-18 year olds was lacking.

Fantastic service. Loved the waiters, toilet attendants- Christina was particularly lovely to my 4 year old and she looked for her all the time. Everyone was soon friendly. Amazing service!!!!! Best thing about the cruise.

It’s definitely an adult ship. One of the reasons we booked Edge rather than Royal Caribbean or Carnival. Less kids, more peaceful adult cruisers. Sorry your kids were bored though. Did you do a Behind the Scenes tour of the Edge with them?
