Review summary

The cabin we were booked on, by a agent, was absolutely terrible. We were shocked to arrive in the cabin and discover it is directly facing the magic carpet - no view, loud music, bright neon lights shining into your cabin all evening/all night. No privacy at all, when the magic carpet moves between decks.

The cabin was directly facing the magic carpet and destroyed any privacy or views. This information was not provided by the booking agent when we booked the cabin. Very important detail that was missed! The agent should have called the cruise line directly to inquire about the cabin location, especially when I specifically asked why the price was so much lower than other cabins on the same deck.

Ship tip

Do not book with . Book directly with Celebrity cruises. They came to our rescue and changed our cabin the next day so we would no longer be directly facing the magic carpet.
