First experience was very positive. If you are searching for a European experience, this would give you a chance to see many places.

Our cruise was great. This was an intensive amount of ports and very little time on the ship but during our time on the ship, evenings and the two days at sea, everything was perfect. Our steward, Connie, made our trip so much fun. She is a delightful person. The room was perfect, the food was amazing and the entertainment was over the top.

Our experience was excellent. This was our third cruise with Celebrity and each one seems to be better than the last. Captain (Leo) seemed to be everywhere on the ship. He was very approachable and really cared that passengers had a great time. His crew followed his lead. What a great cruise.

Okay, so the trip and ship was a mixed bag but as the saying goes, the worst vacation is better than the best day at work. The first-world problem of not everything on the trip being "perfect" but hey I was visiting Spain, Greece, Italy, and Malta and if I can't be grateful for that, I've got more problems than having to deal with a little bit of rain and a chill in the air.

As a first-time cruiser, I thought this was great experience. I would definitely go on cruises again, and from my experience and all I have heard from other passengers, Celebrity is a top-notch line. This a great way of getting a taste of the world; to see places where you'd like to delve deeper into the history and culture.

Excellent itinerary, first class ship with staff of highest order across all departments. I would recommend to anyone.

Our 12-night cruise from Barcelona on the Celebrity Eclipse was a great itinerary which included Mallorca, Sicily, Mykonos, Athens (Piraeus), Rhodes, Santorini and Malta. This was our third cruise on the Eclipse and she is our favorite! The staff are the most helpful and friendly that we've encountered on any of the Celebrity ships. The ship has a lot of great places to enjoy on a sea day whether you prefer a quiet place to read or a relaxing bar to hang out with friends, and plenty of activities and entertainment around the ship in the evenings.

We have cruised many times but this was our first in 11 years. Since 2002, we have sailed Celebrity exclusively and I feel that there has been a decline in many aspects of their operation from the staff to the entertainment. We loved the Cruise Director, Alejandro and his staff as well as Capt. Leo, who was very visible throughout the cruise. Due to bad weather, he even switched the itinerary so that we went to Rhodes first then Santorini. Ordinarily, a captain might just skip a port. On prior cruises there was always a nice quiet bar area we could retreat with maybe a string quartet but most of the live music around the ship was just loud. The Gilly and the Girl duo was very good. Beyond them, nothing much was memorable.

I wish celebrity would drop shuttle bus charges and also daily tips. Just put it on the up front price. No hidden costs please?

We had a few glitches in the beginning but these were quickly resolved. The crew,the ship, the ports of call and the tours were all first rate.

Food is mediocre. They constantly try to sell you specialty dining packages while admitting that food in the main dining is "ok". Service is excellent. Drinks and drink packages are pricey. Entertainment is good. No comedy club. Had 1 comedian during the 12 day cruise after the main show. Itinerary is worth it! Take advantage of ports of call to enjoy an excellent lunch!

Wonderful time again. Service was excellent and seems to have improved from what I experienced on the silhouette. On the downside the new pool loungers are really hard and uncomfortable. The main restaurant team were out of this world and really looked after us. Even cooking my mum a special request “cottage pie”.

Absolutely fabulous cruise with great service, food and entertainment. Our nearly 4year old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the fun factory and was well looked after. A lot of lovely ports although we were disappointed with Gibraltar and Naples and this was after our second visits. If we went to Naples again we would go to Capri.

Great ports and an unbelievable crew. Captain Leo did a great job of missing the medicane and we were able to visit all ports. The best was we were the only ship at Santorini.

Boarded Celebrity Eclipse on Aug. 6 for a triple back to back cruise beginning in British Isles, then the Baltic and finally Iberian coast finishing in Barcelona, in total 36 days. These were our 9th cruise with Celebrity, and as usual everything was first class. The food as always was wonderful, with so many choices and so many restaurants to choose from, it is consistently good. Staff are a credit to Celebrity, so helpful and always with a smile, ready to help. The rooms are adequate size with plenty of storage and the beds very comfortable, the entire ship is always immaculately clean and hand washing is encouraged at all times. The only negative I would mention relates to excursions...the amount of walking stated in the excursion brochure is far greater than you are led to believe, and the tour guides walk very quickly, making it impossible for disabled to keep up. This is common on most excursions and needs to be addressed. Tour guides need to be aware of their customers and adjust their speed accordingly. I would recommend Celebrity to anyone, and have already booked two more cruises next year, when you're on a good thing, stick to it.

We had a private tour for 8 with TJ Travel and could not have been happier. These tours are much less expensive than the cruise line and can be tailored to your needs and each was fantastic. I had escargot most evenings, not that they weren't good as usual, the chef has cut them into tiny pieces so you don't get the proper portion, Why they give Lobster, Baked Wellington and Duck al a Orange on the same night isn't right in our groups opinion. Over all, the menu and food in the main dining room was ok. It did not meet up to our previous expectations

We are with 4 persons at our first cruise and we all loved it so much.
