Was really a nice vacation and we have taken many cruises.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
It was perfect no lines, no waiting on within 10 minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The Main dining room food was good, but our waiter was exceptional Bukhari, Asst Waiter Riki and Sommelier Hersan. The main buffet breakfast was always good, lunch and dinner was always just okay.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Just nothing worth doing. The games and entertainment were lame and not funny or entertaining.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Mainly had singers for each night and they were just okay. It was surprising to see that they had no comedian on the ship was disappointing.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward Donshan was very good and always willing to do anything or get what we needed promptly.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship was fine, very clean. The only thing noticed was that the curtain in the room had holes and needed updating.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The bed was comfortable, room was always clean, had enough storage for clothes in closet and drawer. Did not like that you could only use hair dryer in the bathroom. Thankfully I brought my own hair dryer to use at the dressing table in the room.
Ship tip
That there are not hardly any kids on the ship much older crowd.
First time to Aruba and we did the beach tour of 2 beaches. The beaches were fine again the cost of beach chairs and umbrella were outrageous and charged for both beaches. Future would like to see that a chair is included in the tour.
Did not take an excursion and we just got off at the port not enough shops by the ship to visit and they were very expensive. You could take a long walk or taxi for shopping that wasn't cheap to do. It was very hot and windy to walk to town.
Thanks for your review and congratulations on your 30th anniversary. We were on the Eclipse to Canada and New England prior to your relocation cruise to Fort Lauderdale and had a great time with fine service celebrating our 43rd anniversary.
