What an experience! This was our first Celebrity cruise having been on two other cruises through competitors. We chose this cruise because of the reviews and the very interesting itinerary offered. I had concerns about sea sickness due to the choppy seas in this region but we did okay with a patch! I'm so glad we did this trip!

Food and Dining

The venues were all amazing and grandiose. The food was a little hit and miss in the main dining room. The coffee up on the 14th floor Ocean View cafe really needs to be changed out. It is incredibly bitter and hard to drink and we're coffee drinkers. The people in the dining facilities were all fantastic!
Onboard Activities

We watched movies, played Bingo, participated in challenges and games like Ladder ball, bean bag toss, trivia, watched shows in the Eclipse Theater, swam in the pools and used the hot tubs. The activities made Sea Days fun!
Entertainment

Manuel is by far the best Cruise Director in the world. The guy was born to do this job. He's funny, animated, informative and just a fantastic and energetic host. The talent on the ship was wonderful overall with the magician (Quieto), the NYC3 group, the cruise ship group that did Topper and other performances, the stunts, everyone was awesome and total pros. Many performed in rough seas, too. The naturalist, Milos, was awesome, too!
Children's Programs

Our kids did use the Teen club on occasion but they're getting older (13 and 16) so most of the stuff on the ship was good for them, too.
Service and Staff

The people of this ship make the magic happen. The ship itself is truly beautiful but the people are exceptional. In the dining room, Mark and Jennifer and the young lady who assisted were simply exceptional people. The service, kindness and warm smiles each day became a part of the routine that felt missed any time we had other meal plans. They were a huge reason the trip was as wonderful as it was. Joe, our room attendant, was attentive and just wonderful. I applaud them and hope that we see them on our next cruise! Africa hosted our origami class and several competitions and was really fun, energetic and enthusiastic. She was awesome! I know I'm forgetting people and I apologize. I felt like everyone was committed to making our trip wonderful and they really succeeded.
Ship Quality

The ship was gorgeous. The tile work, art, all of that glass, and the comfort of it all was superb. I was amazed that something that large and ornate would do well at sea because of all the motion, especially through the Strait of Magellan, yet the ship was immaculate. Well done, Celebrity!
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was fantastic! The balcony was large, storage was laid out with excellent consideration and thought, and the room was kept immaculate by Joe each day. He was a ninja of the seas, sneaking in and cleaning it up quickly and effectively when we were out!
