No excursion, but went to a local restaurant for lunch. Very easy walk to town, there were a lot of jellyfish in the water and some seals on the stairs right off the dock
Did the Carnivale excursion. The drive around town was a ‘snooze’ drive (boring), but the Carnivale presentation at the museum was GREAT, costumes, singing was amazing. Then dancing after the presentation with the performers — great tour because of this presentation
Disembark from ship was via very steep ramps. Guests were expected to carry their own carry-ones, but it was so steep that it was a challenge to anyone with even a slight walking issue
Thanks for sharing your cruise experience with us. Agree with others - unusual to hear of such a disappointment with Celebrity, especially in premium class suites. Sounds like the itinerary was still worth the trip.
