Food and Dining

The buffet had a large selection of good quality food. I liked everything that I ate.
The main dining room was luxurious with excellent food and quality service.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We did trivia, bocce, passenger vs crew challenges (games), bingo. The activities staff were very personable and enthusiastic. I enjoyed each of them very much.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We didn't get to see many stage shows as we got tired early but did go to the comedian the first or second night and the illusionist on the last night. We enjoyed them very much.
Children's Programs
We didn't bring any children on the cruise
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward, Nolan was outstanding. He seemed genuinely happy and friendly every time we saw him (which was often). Our head waiter in the dining room was Cliffton and he was very professional and classy and at the same time with a dry, subtle sense of humour. The Assistant waiter, Felicisimo was very friendly and attentive and our Sommelier, Uliana was also very friendly, knowledgable and personable. In general, every crew member we encountered made us feel welcome and pampered.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was tastefully decorated, clean, in good order and we were pleased with the amount of storage. There were many drawers and shelves for our things and ample closet space. The balcony view was unobstructed and didn't have any noise issues.
Ship tip
I played bingo once and found it quite expensive for the 3 games that we played. I wouldn't play bingo again.
Stunning!!!! We were very lucky to have a clear, calm day and the ship was able to get close to the glacier and stay there for a very long time (it felt like a couple of hours). There was an expert speaker who told us about the glacier over the sound system and that really added to the experience.
We walked around and enjoyed the port except that there were a lot of jewelry stores trying to get us to go in and buy. That was a bit annoying. Seeing so many touristy stores on the street wasn't bad but we would rather not be solicited (to go inside, to take advantage of sech and such offer etc).
We didn't get off the ship here so again, I can't really rate it. It's an interesting looking little town. The reason that we didn't do any shoer . re excursions is because we have done them (whale watching, dog sledding, gold panning, aboriginal experiences).. if we were new to the area we cerrtainly would have done many of the things offered.
