Embarkation

Well organised considering how busy the Vancouver Cruise Terminal is!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Excellent food served in Blu Restaurant. Good choice daily for Acqua class passengers. Ocean View cafeteria, can appear chaotic at times. Food is good, plenty of choice, self-serve replenished frequently. Seating can be an issue as with other cruise ships cafeterias.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Plenty to do each day for all age groups. Lots of quizzes, pools and gym very clean. Children on board had their activities which seemed well organised and fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Ships entertainers were great and so enthusiastic and professional. Speciality acts too! Some comedians focus more on Americans on board. But overall hardworking teams.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Seemed well organised and catered for all age ranges.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Waiting staff very attentive but not OTT. Stewards very efficient and kept staterooms clean and tidy. Always checked back to make sure you had all you wanted

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Well laid out lounges spacious and clean. Cafeteria always seemed crowded but as with popular eateries well used. On our cruise plenty of sun loungers.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable. Size ample for two. En suite very clean and replenished daily. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.

Ship tip

To avoid waiting for seating in restaurants early evening dining a good idea.
