Ship could be better maintained. Need black-out curtains. Cellar Masters and tasting great. Food in dining room good; specialty restaurants outstanding. Crew very helpful and friendly.

Ship was well maintained, service was excellant

This ship, after being renovated, is very beautiful. We found the staff, as in all Celebrity cruises we've taken, to be very warm and friendly. The food at the dining room was always good, sometimes great, the best of any line we've taken. We feel Celebrity offers very good value and will remain our first choice.

THE OVERALL ALL EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. NOT MANY THINGS WERE MISSED WHEN IT CAME TO FOOD, ENTERTAINMENT, OR SERVICE. THE AMENITIES WERE UNBEATABLE. LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEXT HIGH SEAS ADVENTURE.

Where most ships have a leadership team that focuses on the staff, the Constellation has a team that concentrates on the passenger. We have cruised about 10 times previously and never had a senior management team that put themselves in front of the passengers and interacted on such a high level. The captain, hotel director, head chef, cellar master, cruise director, activities director, and each of their teams were front and center passenger centric. Not only did they oversea the ship, they actively participated in multiple events beyond the typical photo opportunity. The positive energy generated by the senior team eminated throughout the ship. The crew was upbeat, the passengers were extremely positive, and the experience was delightful.

Great ship, quiet with hardly any anouchments. Took several hours to get on because of Coast Guard inspection. Loved sit down in lounge life boat drill. All ships should do this. Older crowd and hardly any kids.

The seven-day cruise onboard the Constellation at first seemed adequate to cover the six ports of call. Yet with each port the plethora of sights and experiences found our heads awash with delights. There is no practical means of exposure to any one of these cities. Each would take a lifetime of immersion. We arrived a day before the beginning of the cruise in Barcelona. From the airport, an arrangement for a guide to explore Barcelona began at pickup. The four-hour experience provided a significant insight into the delights of this lush, historic and large city. Although exhausted from the flight (30 hours total), we forced ourselves to get some great photos ending the day with dinner and flamenco dancing. The following day we toured the Gothic area on foot with a visit to Picassos museum. The Constellation, having recently undergone a complete overhaul, presented itself exquisitely. The staff was well versed in their duties to provide a welcome. We had chosen to upgrade to the Concierge Class stateroom found a bottle of Champagne, fruit and a nice balcony. Our every need was met ahead of the thought. We were awakened by a phone call announcing the arrival of coffee and fresh fruit (our breakfast order). Each moment of our experience found new wonders. The challenge is the length of the time for a historically rich environment. But if your time is limited, as was ours, the experience was more than exceptional.

great ship with all the amenities one could ask for

Ship very nice. Food was very good and ship was very clean. Staff seemed very happy and very eager to please.

American Airlines boarded us on a plane in New York that they knew could not fly until the engine was fixed. Sat on runway for 3 hours before taking off. Flight back was two hours late and we missed our connection. Cruise ship was nice but denied our $100.00 shipboard credit even though we had it in writing. They referred us to AA tours but we could not get through on the phone. Will never book a trip through American again. Otherwise everything else OK. We had a good time. Just remember that Celebrity Cruises will not honor shipboard credit from travel agents. Even with written email verification.

The Contellation is a beautiful ship, but the customer service is HORRIBLE!

I have been on this cruise line before and had a wonderful experience. Thus I had high expectations. Had this been my first experience with this cruise line there would not have been a second voyage.

The ship was beautiful - very well maintained and very clean and fresh looking. There is a good variety of places to hang out in the evening. The entertainment was very good, and the food choices and preparation were excellent.

Overall we thought the cruise was excellent.

The ship was fantastic. The ship holds a lot of people, but we never felt crowded. There were always deck chairs available and seats in the theatre. Waitstaff were great, the best we've ever had. The food was outstanding. The only complaint that we had was the entertainment. It was not very good, and the times were difficult. We had the late sitting dinner, and almost everynight the entertainment was at 7 pm for the late seating, which makes it hard to get to the show before dinner.

Nice ship with a "soul". A little tip is that the rooms 6030, 6032, 6034 and 3036 has larger balconies than the other rooms in the same category ;)
