Review summary
American Airlines boarded us on a plane in New York that they knew could not fly until the engine was fixed. Sat on runway for 3 hours before taking off. Flight back was two hours late and we missed our connection. Cruise ship was nice but denied our $100.00 shipboard credit even though we had it in writing. They referred us to AA tours but we could not get through on the phone. Will never book a trip through American again. Otherwise everything else OK. We had a good time. Just remember that Celebrity Cruises will not honor shipboard credit from travel agents. Even with written email verification.Ship experiences
