Highly recommend a Greek Islands cruise. Celebrity did not disappoint.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation went smoothly.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Service was a bit slow in the main dining room. Was surprised to see self-service has returned in the buffet. Missing were a few stations that were present on other Celebrity cruises.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
4 out of 5
Celebrity production shows were good. Some shows were extremely loud and I had to cover my ears. Other entertainers were top-notch.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Waiters and room stewards were overworked. Service was slow in the main dining room. Room Steward did a fantastic job keeping my room clean.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Everything was clean and well-maintained. The ship can definitely use a dry dock refurbishment. My understanding was that it was postponed due to COVID so understandable.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Room was very clean despite some blemishes of needing updating.
Did an excursion called a “Taste of Crete” that was very nice. Would have loved to visit Elafonisi Beach (famous pink sand beach) but it was too far from the port. Would have had to rent a car - maybe next time!
Booked an excursion to Shipwreck Beach but found out the day before that Zakynthos had an earthquake and there were landslides on the cliffs at the beach. For safety reasons, they changed the tour from going to the beach to driving by the beach (beach is only accessible by boat). While we were on the boat, we learned that because of weather (wind/waves), the boat wouldn’t go there. It was disappointing but we went to the Blue Caves instead. They made two stops for swimming and played Greek music on the boat - was fantastic after all!
Did an Oia and Thira excursion “on your own.” The views in Oia are breathtaking. Nice shops and restaurants in Thira and when you stop along the water, the views are fantastic. Took the cable car back to the ship. The line was long but it moved quickly. Would definitely return to Santorini.
