Review summary
This was our second time on basically the same cruise. Every thing was excellent. The stateroom Concierge level (balcony) was spacious (for a cruise), clean and comfortable. The staff taking care of the room (Florence and Charles) were attentive.
The dining experiences were terrific. The San Marco does an excellent job of feeding thousands in a white table cloth setting. Every waiter and sommelier we encountered were attentive, polite and helpful. The food choices were excellent and the preparation and presentation awesome.
The staff making dinner reservations (we had select dining) were very helpful, especially Carla who arranged for us to have tables for two at great locations in the restaurant--and the very best table for a birthday celebration.
The bars were great--we had the Premium Beverage package which allowed us to sample many drinks--and the waiters, bartenders and sommeliers made helpful recommendations of drinks in our package.
The entertainment--although off a bit from the previous year (just personal preference)--were all very professional and well staged.
Our only criticism is that the ship returned to a different terminal far from the embarkation terminal. The transportation shuttle between was poorly organized and the vans were totally inappropriate for travelers with lots of luggage.
We highly recommend Celebrity--every employee on board is trained to provide the utmost in hospitality.

Ship tip
Although one of Celebrity's older ships now, it is very comfortable, easy to get around in and has everything that cruisers would want.
