Review summary

My family and I have cruised 20 Plus cruises over 15 years. Some High End and some Lower. This last cruise we took was the WORST in the history of our experiences. Food was Mediocre - served cold sometimes - Officers in charge were indifferent when one of our family members was injured on board. Walking by without even stopping to help. Lunch staff was argumentative when questioned about food. SPA STAFF was especially - THE WORST - we both ordered massages and were simply rubbed oil on with massage and charged $164 EACH PLUS $29 tips EACH. When we complained - they stared at us like deer in headlights - no manager contacted us to try to make it right.

OVERALL 1 STAR is too much to score !! A-V-O-I-D !!!!!!!!!!!

I have a good job, which I love doing, but it's not in the cruise industry. I happen to be very content with the cruises I've done ---> have you ever even been on one, or then how can you take part in or have any opinions in this dialogue??!

Give constructive critic and not personal - otherwise stay away!!! You didn't "touch" anything, ok? At least show your face, or literally shut up!! You're for sure on of those people who complain about just everything. I state again: One does NOT NOT NOT express food, as garbage. It is NOT a realistic review, because they did NOT serve out of the bins, and it's a false statement to other readers.

Touched a raw nerve have we, I notice on your comment that most people seemed happy with the food, so it is obvious to me that you must have been surfing the cruisers. Ps cruising does'nt annoy me I like cruising. I suggest you try a barge trip. PPS I'm not anonymous, I'm just not sticking up for those who 'bash' the genuine complaints ...

No I'm not - I'm just not a spoilt brat. Because of you're anonymity, I could say the same. On top of all, you're not even getting any "likes" - at least I am, and that says a lot. Onboard my cruise, most people seemed happy with the food = you don't have to be employed to think so. I seriously suggest you stay away from cruising, since it seems to annoy you so much.
