Review summary
The Constellation was a well appointed ship, spotlessly clean, and easy on which to find your way. Our stateroom was pristine. Although the ship was fully booked, it was not crowded, nor were there long lines for buffet, shows. Staff was more than polite, very pleasant and helpful with any question or request. I guess we prefer more casual "Freestyle Dining", but that is our personal choice. The food on the buffet was excellent, but was not available in the evening, except for pizza or a pasta buffet which we did not enjoy. Choices in the dining room were not sufficient, and as seasoned cruisers, we found the food there just average. However, the service in the dining room was exemplary. The poolside grill was excellent. The shows certainly had the "WOW" factor - we thoroughly enjoyed them all. Shore excursions we participated in were enjoyable and very informative, especially in Panama. The Thalassotherapy pool and Spa were the greatest, especially as adult only. Since it was a Christmas cruise, there were lots of families with small children and the bubbling pool provided a refuge.Ship experiences
