Review summary

Ships great. Let down by lack of and inexperienced staff. Poor food in general. Hard to accept how celebrities standards have dropped. Last cruise for us with them, and we are Elite members. We remember the good times.

Main dining and ocean view cafe worst food experience ever on a cruise ship. Poor choice and quality. Too repetitive, bland, and over salted. Did not eat in any speciality restaurant.

Not enough staff to handle a full ship. Too many inexperienced in their positions. Poor response from managers.

Ships design and layout is good. Communal public areas kept clean. However disappointed with mandatory procedures to keep covid away, in particular de-sanitisation entering food places.

Just got off the Beyond September 28 and had a wonderful time. 45 cruises with Royal, 3 with Celebrity and this was our favorite cruise. Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy it.. food and entertainment were great.
