Disembarkation

The disembarkation time accuracy can be improved. I confirmed with several staffs 1-3 days prior to disembark that that the disembarkation would be at 7:30am, but the actual disembarkation time was close around 8am. It was extremely stressful as we had an early flight at 9am. So, please be more accurate predicting disembarkation time such that the customers will have more realistic timeline.

Not the crews fault if you booked a 9 am flight. I would never recommend to book before at the earliest 11. I’m going Ascent for New Years Eve. (8 days whoot whoot) so I really appreciate the review

Very unwise to book such an early flight-too many things can cause a delay that are not the cruise lines fault. That's on you.

Thanks for sharing. Glad you had a good time. To blame a cruise line for a brief delay while you had booked flight plans so tight is not fair. No way would I book a flight that leaves zero wiggle room for a delay of any type. That's on you.
