main dining was very good, lot of different food (loved the fried pork belly, reminded me home in Dominican republic), very clean, staff was very attentive, drinks were good, very modern gym, machines are new and in great shape, clean, loved the jacuzzi, enjoyed all the shows and deal or not deal game, I wish I would it won a cruise!!, it was a great time

they were very attentive, cordial, respectful and friendly.
There was a miscommunication about the reservations for the 4 main restaurants (tuscan, normandie, cypres..), the app told us we needed to make reservations but then we found out we didn't need it, the app is very messed up.
Staff at guest relations don't know what drinks are included with the cruise (without buying any pacakage), we had to figure it out on our own
