This was our least favorite cruise on Celebrity, due to the quality of food and entertainment. On sea days the ship felt very crowded but we were able to find quiet spots to read and relax.

Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Celebrity used to have great food, not only in the specialty restaurants but also in main dining and the Oceanview Cafe. Not this time. Menu and food quality in main dining was mediocre and specialty dining was a joke - as an example, after paying $45 plus 20% service for dinner at a specialty restaurant, we were served a baked potato that was the size of a boiled egg (literally, no joke) and a side of baked beans that contained about 3 soupspoons of beans. Lunch menu at the Oceanview cafe was as expected, but at dinner we found about half as many items, with all of them being the same as for the same day lunch. With Celebrity being at the top of its class, one would expect high quality food preparation in main dining, as well as excellent menu, preparation, and and quantity in the specialty restaurants for which there is an extra charge.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Pool and fitness center were good.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Similarly to the food, entertainment was not up to par with our previous Celebrity cruises. The comedian was not good at all and the production shows were boring.
Children's Programs
Didn't have any children in the party.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Room attendant and AL Baccio staff were excellent. Most wait staff in restaurants were also very good.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship is new and was very clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
At first we were a really worried with the veranda design (it is really an extension of the room, rather than a real veranda) but we ended up liking it a lot - it makes the room feel a lot more spacious.
Ship tip
Lower your expectations regarding food before you get on the ship!
Perfect. We took care of our own bags. Celebrity had a special venue to Captain Club elite members to wait to disembark and that was great as we did not have to fight the crowd for a spot to sit.
I don't understand when people say the quantity of food on their plate wasn't enough. It's a cruise. Order another, and another. They're trying to cut down on food waste, but if you want more, just ask.
All industries are suffering still from lack of staffs so the cruise industry isnt any different. In time I am hopeful Celebrity will be back up to par as well as hopefully lots of ither areas. CRUISE ON AND ENJOY LIFE.
