Went to the uptown show and loved it! It was great to see captain there enjoying himself. Loved the music at the martini bar area.

Everyone was wonderful. The baresta at the coffee house could have been more pleasant to guests and staff. Was quite rude to his coworkers. Elsa was our room steward and was the best! So friendly. Yoyo our server at the craft social was also the best. Always attentive to our needs.

Bid on upgrade and won. Was not told our room overlooked the smoking area. Could not open balcony because I have asthma. Tried to get to guest services but it was packed everyday.
