Overall a great cruise. I think you handled COVID very poorly. People NEED to was their hands on the buffet. They need to wear masks in elevators, theater, etc plus you never said how many staff had COVID. I don’t have COVID after my cruise, but I worked at that..you need to do more!

The food was good, buffet excellent, steak house was great. The other menus at the specialty restaurants for a little repetitive. The service was great, but they obviously did NOT have enough help for the amount of guests on the Apex for our cruise.

Cruise Director was awesome…loved salsa lessons with him and DJ Miguel. Musical acts terrific. Band was awesome. I thought the offering of the exercise crew left a lot to be desired. I am used to many offering of classes, and this just didn’t happen. Also, where is the library. I was told by the service desk, that a library didn’t “fit the image of the ship and what they were trying to project”. What kind of answer is that. People kept saying “there are books somewhere on Eden”. But they were non existent. I thought the bar and musical acts at Eden were awesome!

Be responsible for your own COVID safety…rear a mask in all public places on the ship…Celebrity is not doing enough to make sure COVID stays at bay…it is on you to make sure you don’t get ill.
LOVED Dunmore, but didn’t get to enjoy it. We were held captive by Celebrity because you didn’t bother to tender your guests in a timely fashion. We sat in the theater for an HOUR and TWENTY minutes while your employee kept repeating “Don’t worry, this won’t affect your tour! Really, we weren’t in port that long and we just sat there waiting for a tender. On the way back, the line was sooo long we were offered iced wash cloths and water…just tender me in a timely fashion, so I can spend more time on port.
Also our excursion…visiting the pub was awesome. The rest of the tour we just sat on a bus. It needs some more stops for pictures or personal time in the towns…just not driving and taking.
Loved Cobh and Cork…did not like our tour. The pub was just ok. The walking tour was way too long and way too far. The tour guide Jerry was awesome, but some personal time in Voek to shop would have been nice along with the tour.
I agree with Dumfy. All the cruise lines are dropping the protocols including mask mandates. The protocols were unpopular and cost the cruise lines business. The airlines have dropped the mask rules also . That being said I choose to mask in crowded places and will continue to do so. On the plus side, you had a great time and did not catch covid
