Review summary

i'm disappointed with the lack of communication between Celebrity and Vacation outlet.

Embarkation

after calling both Vacation outlet and Celebrity numerous times prior to embarkation, we were informed in line that their mask policy had changed. had we been properly informed ahead of time, we would have cancelled. we consider this to be an underhanded act on the part of Celebrity management. we were informed by our concierge that they knew more than 24 hours before we arrived that the mask policy had changed

room steward was great. waiters and bar staff marginal. this was due to perhaps that they had lost a bunch of staff before we arrived. bar staff, at times, was unfriendly. certainly not the experience we had on the Equinox

we arrived to find a wet spot on the carpet between the bed and closet. steward tried to dry it with a blower. that didn't work and we were given an Aquaclass room 9242. both rooms were the same. we were not impressed with the infinity style room. the balcony was about the depth of 2 feet. would have preferred the regular balcony room
