You can tell the ship about the birthday and you can also add it to you reservations under ‘special occasions” section of the Celebrity ‘Plan Your Cruise’ on line -Manage your cruise. Your cabin Stewards can help also. According to my travel agent, they’ll give you a cake. We were on a celebrity cruise last year for our wedding anniversary and our stewards decorated our room with balloons and flower petals plus two sweet kissing towel animals.
