I was wondering if you can reserve specialty dining ahead of time on this ship? I do not have a dining package and am in a regular balcony cabin. I was able to reserve specialty dining last summer on the Millenium for La Petit Chef but was fortunate to be in the Retreat at that time. Is this still available this year in a regular balcony cabin?

if you download the Celebrity App. Add your cruise. Then you can make reservations, add excursions, WiFi, drinks etc.
