if you view deck plans, there are symbols telling you what's in each cabin. If you can't find it on the cruise line website, try cruisedeckplans website.

There are trundles on Apex in some of the oceanview cabins, I also called for clients with a 24 year old son. The room has a sofa bed, but they said it pulls out below as a trundle. It’s 6’6” in length

Apparently there no trundle beds on Celebrity Apex. I called to verify.
