Review summary

The cruise was fun. It was very overcrowded, and very hot throughout the entire ship. Only a handful of places on board was the air conditioning working. The servers, stewards, and staff were very friendly. The people that ran the art auctions were absolutely wonderful, funny and great to be around.

The buffets were not well stocked, and the dining room food was subpar to other Carnival cruise ships we've been on.

The food was good when you could get it. They closed early a few times and were short staffed.

Heroes Tribute Bar

Hero's was a fantastic place to meet up with our group each day and have drinks. Loved the green beret drink. We just wish it was a bit bigger so we could have plenty of seating. Seats and tables were tough to come by.

JavaBlue Café

Javablue had excellent coffee choices and the staff was always so friendly and fun to see every day.

Onboard Activities

Scottish Dancing , and all of the deck parties were so much fun. Gary is by far the very best cruise director in all of cruise directors.

Flick was an amazing show, and the performers were great during pictures with them after the show.

The art auctions and seminars were a great time. We have never done this on a cruise and it was a lot of fun. The staff were very knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Our room Steward Su for room 9231 was the absolute best!! Very friendly, engaging, and on top of everything. Our waiter Tuki in the restaurant was the best! He was so funny and accommodating. We loved every night with him.

Ship Quality

It was a good design. It the entire ship was hot. The air conditioning was not working in the ship or our cabin. It was just hot everywhere you went.

The room was always cleaned well, and it was spacious. However...it was always hot and stuffy because the air conditioning wasn't working well at all. We got very little relief in the room temperature wise.

Very easy. Only problem we had was none of our bags were in the area our bag tags said they would be. We had to search for them and found them in multiple areas no where near where we were supposed to get them.

The heat is why I only cruise in the winter. That in the fact it had been less crowded.. well, until I started bragging about it in social media.
