I love this ship. The staff on vista in main dining needs to be sent on the horizon to train horizon how to do it!

The lady who puts you on the buses needs to get out of customer service she also needs to realize she is working for tips. St Thomas has gone down hill. Will not go back

Glad you had a great time we are going on the Vista for new years and it’s my first time on this ship and I was a little worried about that because I have been on all the new ships didn’t know if I would like the older ones any more lol and I have a few first timers with me and want them to have fun

Great review. I will be on the Vista for the second time soon. The Horizon, it seems the staff all need a few days off. They are tired or something. I usually give a place 3 tries before I abandon them completely. The first in case it was my high expectation. The second in case it was a fluke. The third, just because I am glutton for punishment....
