Stood in line a hour past when they were supposed to start debarking. Even the platinum areas had no on guiding the guest or explaining where to go.

Not judging but since you stated you did not participate in onboard activities, why were you unhappy? I know the Vista is going into dry dock after the new year so it obviously is needing some clean up and repair, was that the reason for your unhappiness?
