Review summary

We had a great time cruising! This was my 2nd Carnival cruise and my boyfriends 1st cruise ever! We love the variety of activities and entertainment. The food was delicious and we had an awesome server team (Suardi, Putu, and Tharathip). We are already looking at options to book our next cruise!

Embarkation

Overall the experience was great, however, one area of improvement would be signage or direction for the Galveston Port itself. Was a little confusing trying to figure out where to go to enter our terminal. Once we were inside the terminal though everyone was very nice and helpful.

Dinning was great! Food was delicious. Silverware and plates were a little dirty a few times, but overall it was great!

Had a great time at all the shows and bingo! TJ the cruise director and Vanessa from fun squad brought a great energy to every activity!

Our service was awesome! We had Server Team with Suardi, Putu, and Tharathip. They were awesome and super attentive and always called us by name is the dining room, but also if they saw us out and about on the ship. We could not have asked for a better server team!

Ship Quality

Mostly clean, but seems to be less attention to detail then some other ships I have been on. Few times that my silverware or glass was dirty.

Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was uncomfortable, but we learned on the last day that we can ask for a mattress topper to help with this! Abigail was our stateroom attendant and she was great and very attentive! We did have a leak in our cabin floor for the first 4 days of our cruise which caused the floor to be wet and a fan to be placed in the middle of our room for 4 days, however, guest services comped a steak house dinner for us which was nice.
