Overall it was nice but a bad experience to start.

Getting onboard was easy and quick. Once onboard it was a disaster! book a room on the second floor but carnival had us on the 8th floor. It took us 4 hours to try to get that straight and we ended up in a room we did not want or book. It was a nightmare and we more than likely will not book through again!

Appreciate your feedback. Not sure I understand how your cabin was changed without your knowledge. Sorry this happened. We’ve yet to book one of the cove balconies (deck 2) and hope you have another opportunity to do so. Glad you enjoyed your cruise otherwise.
