Did you eat guys burgers? That made my husband and his brother and sister all sick and vomiting. It was on the Vista a month ago

So sorry you went through that, no fun at all! Happened to me last year on MSC Divina and in Puerto Rico on a different trip. I guess it can happen anywhere. Hope you made a full recovery.
