You didn't tell us why carnival doesn't care for the customers. You just complained about everything. Sounds to me, they care about everyone safety.

Rough water and loosing a port was NOT Carnivals fault. So I don't see how you can blame them for a bad cruise. Plus looks like you cruised during Spring Break. Also not Carnivals fault. Sorry you feel like it's the company's issue.
